A focus group discussion is an informal gathering, facilitated by a researcher, in which participants share their opinions about products and services. Research participants can have an effect on the development of a range of products and services, including cars, food, telecommunications, alcohol, travel and finance. Clients and other researchers may observe the discussion, which is typically recorded for later analysis. There are no right or wrong answers and your privacy will be protected.

All participants receive a cash incentive for their participation and meet people similar to themselves. Incentives generally range from $60 upwards depending on the duration of the discussion. Other benefits may include taste testing, being the first to see new products and receiving product samples. Submission of personal details is limited to adults 18 years and above.
